Active Voice and Passive Voice of Present Indefinite Tense

  Here are examples of the active voice and passive voice in the present indefinite tense: Active voice: She drinks coffee every morning. They play football on the weekends. He sings in the choir. We study English grammar every day. I write articles for a magazine. Passive voice: Coffee is drunk by her every morning. Football is played by them on the weekends. The choir is sung in by him. English grammar is studied by us every day. Articles are written by me for a magazine. Note that in the active voice, the subject of the sentence performs the action of the verb, while in the passive voice, the subject receives the action of the verb. In the examples above, the active voice sentences are more direct and straightforward, while the passive voice sentences focus more on the object or receiver of the action. Additionally, the verb in the passive voice is always in the past participle form and preceded by a form of the verb "to be".

Bearded Collie

  Have you ever wondered what the traits of a Bearded Collie are? The Bearded Collie is a mixed breed dog. It is a cross between the Bearded Border Collie and the Scottish Collie. This breed is friendly, loving, calm, and affectionate. They make great family pets because they are very friendly and mellow around children. The Bearded Collie is an intelligent breed that can do well in dog agility classes and other types of training. 

The following are the traits, characteristics and qualities of the Bearded Collie.

Loving and affectionate

Bearded Collies are very loving and affectionate. They make great companions because they enjoy being around the people and animals they care about. This breed is great for people who want a dog to cuddle with on the couch after a long day. The Beardie is one of the few herding breeds that does not require plenty of exercise! They are content with a short walk or even a run  once or twice a day. Because of their medium size and long fur, the Bearded Collie does tend to be a heavy shedder. Their hair does need to be maintained by brushing and grooming on a regular basis. Because of their low-to-moderate energy level, the Beardie is a great dog for apartment living or living in the city. This breed is easy to train because they are very intelligent. However, because they are so affectionate and gentle, early training to prevent jumping and leash pulling is important 

The traits of a Bearded Collie make them an excellent family dog. They are very loving and eager to please their human family. The Bearded Collie can be somewhat boisterous; they like to play and will enjoy spending time with you whether it be running around the yard or playing a game. The bearded collie is known for its herding instincts; they will herd just about anything including, cats, kids, toys, or other pets. The Bearded Collie is known as one of the  herding dogs and as such they make an excellent watchdog since they will bark and run after anything that is not theirs. The Bearded Collie is an average shedder with semi-long hair that will need regular grooming.

The Bearded Collie is a medium to large dog weighing in at 45 to 65 pounds and standing 20 to 23 inches tall. The bearded collie comes in two varieties, the Scotch and the English. The Scotch variety has a long beard and horns, while the English has neither. 

The beardie is a beautiful, graceful dog with long flowing hair and a wavy skirt. Their colors are usually black and tan with some speckling of grey. They have dark brown eyes and a bushy beard, which is the characteristic that gives them their name. The beardie\'s beard does not grow in until around 6 to 9 months old, at which point it begins to curl into locks. The locks will eventually turn to horns if the dog does not be bearded collie is not groomed. 

This breed is easy to groom because  it only has a medium length coat that is easy to brush. The breed does shed, so you will find loose hair around the house.

Past Perfect Continuous Tense

  The past perfect continuous tense is used to describe an action that started in the past and continued up until another point in the past. It is formed by using the auxiliary verb "had" + "been" + the present participle (-ing) form of the main verb. Here are some examples: She had been studying English for two hours before she took a break. They had been working on the project all day before they finally finished it. We had been waiting for the train for half an hour before it arrived. He had been practicing the guitar for weeks before the concert. I had been walking in the park when it started to rain. Note that the past perfect continuous tense is used to describe an ongoing action that started in the past and continued until a specific time or event in the past. In the examples above, the ongoing actions were studying, working, waiting, practicing, and walking, respectively.
